Invitation

The organizing committee is pleased to invite you to attend the 19^th EPMeeting, which will be held in Iasi, Romania 4 to 7 April 2014. The meeting will take place in the Colegiul Tehnic Gheorghe Asachi. The EPMeeting takes place once or twice per year. The partners evaluate the progress of the magazine and they discuss its development and its dissemination. New partners are also welcome to enrich the potential of the current participants. Half of the meeting time is dedicated to scientific talks suitable to the history of science, technology and green energy given by university and high secondary school students.

Venue

The meeting will mainly take place at the building A of Colegiul Tehnic Gheorghe Asachi from Iasi, Romania.

The sections of the EPMeeting are the following:

1. EPM project: past, present, future & development
2. Scientific Talks about History of Science
3. Scientific Talks about History of Green Energy
4. Didactic\educational use of EPM at Schools/Universities
5. Scientific Talks about History of Technology
6. Scientific Talks about Nanotechnology

The language of the conference is English and no translation facilities will be available.

The registration/attendance to the conference is free. Each attendant both students and teachers (alone or in group), will provide by themselves to trip and accommodation. On request, it is possible to book very cheap rooms and lodging for teachers and students. A very few places for students could be available for free or almost free charge. The Local Committee will collect the submission forms and will see if it will be possible such a condition for each applicant/group.
